Helios Dea is a 5-axis machining center and bridge bridge saw, a small integrated system: powerful, precise, and reliable. Besides all 5-axis disc cutting processes, Helios Dea has been developed to fabricate complex shapes with tools and discs. Helios Dea machining center can perform thousands of processes from countertops, to housing, and monument building. A great versatility that allows to satisfy all the customer’s design needs. The Integrated software provides the strategies to minimize the lead time and maximize the finishing quality, from the design to the fabrication of the product. Our Robo Move patent was born with the Helios Dea machining center, the first slab handling system in Italy and in the world. The ROBO-MOVE system allows the handling, the locking, and the unloading of the slabs within the working area of the machinery. It works in total autonomy and speed of execution; avoiding the manual intervention. Helios Dea has got the important Industry 4.0 certifications, an indispensable added value if you are considering a new investment. - Tilting Table: The tilting table, equipped with the Easy Load solution, facilitates effortless loading of various slab types.
- Command Console: Includes a touch screen display, mouse, keyboard, command buttons, and joystick, providing comprehensive control over the machine. Remote operation is possible via a portable console.
- Presetting Cut System: Ensures the machine is always ready for use without any possibility of error.
- Continuous Rotation W Axis: Allows for maximum speed in creating curved cuts, with the disk working in continuous interpolation until completion without lifting.
- Robo-Move System: The revolutionary interpolated Robo-Move system enables independent movements from the cutting head, ensuring maximum fluidity and three times the speed compared to traditional suction cup systems.
