How it all started
At Total Stone Solutions, we bring over two decades of industry expertise to empower granite fabricators and the stone industry with innovative, high-quality solutions. Our story began in 2000, when founder Nick Wadenstorer started working for a local granite fabricator while attending college. After returning to Metro Detroit, he began selling Marmo Meccanica machines and ultimately became the North American distributor for Marmo. This foundation set the stage for a career dedicated to advancing the stone industry.

In the years that followed, Nick played a pivotal role in the growth of BACA Systems, helping to sell over 700 robots and establishing it as a leader in stone fabrication technology. Building on this experience, in January 2022, Nick launched Total Stone Solutions, a company driven by a mission to deliver unique, customized solutions tailored to the needs of fabricators.
By partnering with Helios Automazioni, we provide cutting-edge technology and well-built custom machines that redefine efficiency and creativity in fabrication. Made in the USA machinery is designed, manufactured, and supported from our headquarters in Novi, Michigan.
